Rock Collection Collection—a collection of pre-made rock collections—got started around 1988. In 2016, support from Science Sandbox helped the collection grow from one item to around 50.
RCC has been displayed at Ace Hotel New York, The City Reliquary in Brooklyn, and New Lab. In 2018, the collection—save the one original item from 1998–was donated to JP KidsArts in Boston.
